UK & Northern Ireland Shipping
There are 3 options for you to choose upon checkout but should you require alternatives, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
First Class UK - Free
We aim to process First Class orders within 1-3 working days after full payment is received.
Our daily cut off time for First Class orders is 3pm GMT (UK time).
Following dispatch, First Class orders can be expected within 1-2 business working days though are not guaranteed.
Bespoke orders take 3-5 working days to be processed after full payment is received. Should we not be able to fulfil your order in the above timeframe, we will contact you on the same day as the order was taken to discuss your options.
First Class orders will arrive in our basic packaging - a petrol blue and gold gift box tied with a cream ribbon, thank you note and an information flyer.
First Class + Luxury Packaging - £5
This option is as above plus a luxury gift bag, wrapped with cream tissue paper and a gold envelope encompassing a hand written note and brand booklet.
Express 24 hr + Luxury Packaging - £14.95
We aim to dispatch express orders the next working day. The cut off time for these orders is 3pm. Please note that this option does include personalised embossed jewellery but not include inner engraving. An inner engraving will add 3 working days on top of the Express 72 hr service. See above for the luxury packaging included in this option.
Should we not be able to fulfil your order in the above timeframe, we will contact you on the same day as the order was taken to discuss your options.
EU & Worldwide Shipping
We ship to the EU, North America, South America, Australia, Asia & Africa using Royal Mail's International Tracked + Signed Service.
- Europe: Royal Mail international tracked & signed service aims to be delivered within 5-7 working days.
- Rest of the world : Royal Mail international tracked & signed service aims to be delivered within 7-10 working days. Once the parcel arrives in the country of destination it will be passed to your local courier service.
EU and Worldwide Shipping services are available with 2 options of packaging:
Standard Worldwide - £10.95
Standard Worldwide orders will arrive in our basic packaging - a black and gold box, black envelope and an information flyer.
Standard Worldwide + Luxury Gift Packaging - £14.95
This option offers a black and gold snap shut leatherette gift box, a ribbon handled black and gold gift bag, gold sealed envelope containing a personal note delivered in a white box.
Exchanges and Returns
For applicable items, returns will be accepted up to 14 days after your order has been received. Returns must arrive in their original condition with a traceable receipt. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Upon receiving your item, a refund will be made (minus the postage cost) within 1-3 days. We recommend you send your return using a Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service. For exchanges, please write the desired item on a note and it will be dispatched to you within 1-3 days.
Please note that we are unable to refund any bespoke items, including all engraved and embossed orders. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non refundable.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel a non-bespoke order before you’ve received it in the post, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us your name, order number, and why you’re cancelling. If we receive the cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be made within 1-3 days.
If a cancellation comes through once work has begun on a bespoke piece (typically after 1 hour), the cancellation will not be accepted.
